Picasa

aside

I store my photos with Picasa and yesterday had a message they had some new addition which I hadn't time to think about, but they've done it anyway. Suddenly on my background there was a slide show of photos I have taken over the last two years and it was simply beautiful. I have been sitting mesmerised by a trip down memory lane- so much more moving that just looking at them in the Picasa file.

that sounds like a lovely way to spend one of these gloomy days.

I'm so glad to read that you have had good treatment and that you should heal well -there's nothing like a nagging pain for dragging you down, especially when you don't know the cause.

I hope mend quickly missus xx

My screen saver does that. If I don't touch the computer for half an hour I get treated to a slide show of all the pictures I have stored on it. I have to confess to watching it far too often!

That's the thing with pics, you forget you have them and then one day you do look at them and it's something special.

Crabtree: yes it is. I don't seem to have any control over it.

John.g: is that the one you've been having trouble with?

Anna: thank you. I'm hoping too:)

Eryl: I brought MTL to watch yesterday and I keep seeing different ones. What a treasure.

scarlet : and there's something about the way they seem to move in on the photo as if it is just happening. A bit of lovely music and it's blissful and I think - did I really take those. Mind you, some of them I didn't:)

I haven't seen that yet, although I noticed that their site has changed. I'll check it out.
