A nice post, Pat. Moonlight Sonata is one of my favorites, as is Longfellow. I don't remember seeing this poem before.

Judy : I had fun reading lots of moonlight poems but I liked this best.

Mei del:I love moonlight - especially on snow or water.

Naomi: I was going to play the slow movement but this is so vibrant and you can really feel his manic brain racing.

Sam: I always remember MTL and I having dinner at a pub in the Yorkshire Dales and when we came out the ground was covered in icy snow, the river running by and the moonlight. I'll never forget it.
