Is there a lull in your life?

I was looking for John Wilson and his MGM musical arrangements but with Teddy Wilson's Orchestra and the divine Billie Holliday this will do nicely.

Suddenly, I am able to see the video right there on your blog. HOORAY, HOORAY! But, it could go away in a minute! LOL!
I had a Java Update yesterday---maybe that did it, finally. I sure do hope so.

I must say, that sounds no more like Billy Holiday than I do....It must have been very very VERY early Billy Holiday....! I DO love that song....!

Pat, funnily enough my other half has decided that we are due a lull somewhere nice and hot for a few weeks.

I'm thinking Alcudia..

Naomi: let's hope your problem is solved. There is always another not far behind:)
The date is 1937 so by my reckoning she would be 22. Is that early in her career?
I admit I didn't recognise her voice.

Jimmy: I don't blame you with this weather. I had a holiday in Pollensa in the sixties. it's a beautiful island. I hope they haven't spoilt it.

I've never heard Billie Holiday sound so cheery.

The sun is shining today so the life in my lull has become apparent, at last!

Indeed, it will do: very nicely!

Billie Holiday was brilliant!

Eryl: she was 44 when she died and she was 22 there so I suppose you could call it early Billie. Good you've got life in your lull.

Dave: happy to oblige:)

Kath: good I'm glad you like her.
