We’re down to our last TV – my mother’s old Sony, so French son is whisking me off to Taunton to suss what’s available and buy sweaters for his missus (we can do something right over here.)I haven’t been for months so it’s a treat and I can stock up with make-up – unavailable here – Lancombe please note.Oops just checked the spelling and I had forgotten I’d changed to Clinique.Sun’s on high but it’s fresh. What to wear?Bye!
I tried to comment yesterday on your TEVAs, but couldn't get through. My internet was bad. Anyway, those are great water shoes -- perfect for canoeing here in the Ozarks as our streams are filled with rocks and gravel. Hard on the feet when walking around.
Savannah: maybe a decade or two. Don't worry it'll soon pass;)
Kate: I should be OK for another year and as I used Boots she threw in some extra points. Your book is inspirational.
Kim: y'see now we never watch DVD's and videos - unless the children are here. I'm happy with a TV - I like Freeview and the ability to record a programme I have to miss.
Randall: I think we have. I wear the sandals all the time but have never tried them in water.
I'll have to get this mind in for a rechoke. I was wondering why you were planning on watching a sweater when your TV dies. (Mind you, looking at the schedules...)
Hope you fpund a WONDERFUL TV.... You should Buy your make-up and stuff like that--On Linew. It saves trips to certain places---Though this one sounds like fun wih your dear French son!
Naomi: I'll let you know. I've never tried buying make up on line and now have about a year's supply but I'll bear it in mind. I do buy some clothes and books on line - but sparingly.
Grand mother but still a girl at heart. Married to MTL(my true love)after a separation of 30 years. Had three careers: trained paediatric nurse, National photographic model and business woman. Now settled in SW and enjoying our five children and ten grandchildren and making the most of what time we have left.

Just popped over to say thanks. Taunton lovely (grew up near there). Hope you cleaned out Clinique x
Digital switchover here in a couple of weeks, so that'll be the end of TV. Only using it for watching DVDs & videos after that.
Get something cool and trendy.
