What a delight to see all the different animals day and evening! It makes me smile just looking at the pictures, Pat. Again...this whole area is so very BEAUTIFUL! I can see why you would want to spend many many MANY days there.

Naomi: I like the idea of keeping farm animals purely for pleasure. They had a great life.

Rashbre: £2 - just under half my month's salary as a student nurse in '46.

Judy: twenty odd years ago we were tempted to settle there but couldn't find the right house and we both now agree that - all things considered this is the right place for us.

The 'ranch' looks magnificent. I miss England for this kind of landscape.

Pat, it looks like Eden with a funny accent, What a gorgeous spot. There's so much of Britain to explore it could take a lifetime.

eryl: I loved its openness - with rolling hills around in the distance.
