I looked at ALL of them Pat, and they are all so very Beautiful! And this all happened while you were gone? I guess Benign Neglect has it's moments...lol!
I know you don't neglect it my dear...Just kidding...It must have given you great solace to go into your lovely garden, after such a hard weekend. I find my garden a great comfort in so very many ways, as you know. I LOVE this time of year, as I know you do, too! Life Renewed....There is nothing like it.

Lovely photos. Is Columbine indigenous to Britain? We have it here as a wild flower, normally red with yellow highlights.

Cheers.

Naomi: actually there has been some Benign Neglect this winter but thanks to Karen they are all perking up and wondering what's happened to them:)

Randall: also known as aquilegia started out here and maybe it was taken over in the Mayflower. The red and yellow one sounds like the original.

The first one is Columbine. The next three are known only to my Scamp, who is out for the day. Too bad.

Johng: thanks. Do NOT read what Keith said.

Hoss: lucky you! Scamp is beautiful AND clever.

Keith: I don't believe you for a
moment!

When my mamma's not so busy I'll bring her here to drool over these flowers.

She's visited your blog before, she thinks you're beautiful, Pat.

GG: your mamma is always welcome. She is a lady after my own heart.
