Rita Hayworth - this does her more justice than the one below
She had a low hairline on her brow which had to be waxed. Nobody's perfect.

So many true ladies from yesteryear, but none so sweet of smile as that of dear Rita.

You write so often as I think and feel dear Pat.

Warden: It's nice to feel a connection - kindred spirit are thin on the ground these days.

I will now be looking out for her low hair line when watching old films. If I notice... then I'll keep noticing... it'll be very off putting, and I will blame you!!!

Scarlet: now I feel guilty - but not a lot;) I don't think you will ever see it in films. I only ever saw it in an old photo illustrating a book on her life. As I remember she was a dancer from very humble beginnings from ? South America.
and she had a very sad end.
"Amid rumors of alcoholism, her behavior became increasingly erratic. In 1980 she was diagnosed as having Alzheimer's disease, the debilitating neurological illness that claimed her life on May 14 at 68. For the past six years Hayworth had been lovingly cared for by Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, 37, her daughter by her marriage to Prince Aly Khan. "She stuck by her mother through thick and thin," Rita's pal Ginger Rogers said of Yasmin. "Very few daughters today do those things." "
