Thanks Pat, have just reminded the MOTH who is almost well enough again to take himself down to the doctor's to have it done.
Nea: I ought to know what MOTH stands for. Man of the hour?
Close Pat, but for me he'd be the Man of the millenium. No, he's the only male in the house, so he's the man of the house, or the MOTH, which suits him because he sleeps a lot, due to being half-hearted, but he keeps us company in the evenings.
Nea: is half hearted used as a figure of speech or - no that's too intrusive. I hope he gets fitter and stronger.
Bear and Whale duly jabbed despite the complicated French system.
1)Letter arrives from the health dept. with prescription
2) Take prescription to doctor to sign
3) Collect prescription from chemist and keep in fridge until
4) Doctor administers jab.
