Limpic Fever and today's blooms

 Agapanthus fully out

This has been a star.  Taller than me, dances in the wind and seeded itself. The colour appears to glow.

The first lily of the year

Second coming - drat the green fly!

The tiny orange flowers are so pretty.
My younger son gave me this plant months ago and it blooms on.

You know when I read this headline I thought, Oh Goodness Pat has some sort of illness, I am losing my sight in one eye so I need to not jump to conclusions so fast....
Limpic Fever hahahahahahah I am so dense !

You know how much I love and envy your beautiful garden... I remember you Agapanthus in the beautiful pot from last year and it is just as beautiful this year, surrounded by the other blooming pots and your white walls. Heaven !
Love the third plant. I have one similar in a pot and it has grown so tall up to my shoulders. Not sure if it is the same as your, it is a Fireworks (Gomphrena) and I love it. I like that it tolerates hot and dry conditions. One reason why I can't have pots of blooming plants. Even when watered the plants will burn up but this one grows.

Andy Murray won ! I had tears in my eyes, good for him. What a great time to win a match !

cheers, parsnip

Parsnip: I remembered what you said about the blue pot when I photographed it.
The plant we both have is - I think - viburnum. I know it starts with a v.
Great that Andy won and I didn't mind he lost mixed doubles because the other pair really deserved to win.

Looking forward to seeing a bit of summer later this week when we head south. Do keep some back for us :)

Kim: I'll do everything in my power:)

John: you aren't usually ahead of us. Actually this one had a dud one to start with so I ignored it.

Beautiful blossoms!! Agapanthus is one of my favorites. I loved to use the florets in bridal bouquets and bouts.

GG: only if they are behaving well:)

Judy: They are lovely. I wanted one for years.

Your garden looks so lovely! We're starting to pick up gardening now, and we keep having to google things like "bush with white flowers" to see what is in our garden and what has to be done with everything.

Marjolein: it will give you endless pleasure.
