A Quickie!
Aside

Hi everybody – I’m back…to a problem – wouldn’t you know. Just recently I have been getting comments in my In-Box like this:

[Past Imperfect] New comment on
When you click on it you get:

So and so has left a comment on your “

The only way to read it is to go to Dashboard and read it there. Which is fine, if long – winded BUT – like now, one of yesterday’s comments isn’t in Dashboard so – clearly I can’t read it or answer it. (Sorry Sam!) Is there a solution?

I haven’t unpacked yet but aim to do the second part of ’Rage’ - Griff ‘Rhys Jones’s solutions, as promised, tomorrow. Cripes! I’ve just realised Friday is the day of the walk with Botham.

The holiday was great – thanks for asking – lots of walking, eating, chilling and pottering. Photos etc next week.

P.S.
The HTML cannot be accepted apparently so I can't show it.
It was eliminated at Dashboard and now is not allowed in my comment box. Out of my depth again!

Unless someone helps you sooner, I could ask my friend Joanna - she's the one who got back GG's blog from I don't know where!

I'll check back later to see if it's better (that is, if you can even read this comment ;) ) as Joanna lives across the pond ...

Zoe: thanks - just received your comment in the normal way, but at the same time got one from Sam - problem child bride, which is nowhere. It's a puzzle.

Zoe: no my mistake - Sam's comment was yesterday's but it still isn't accessible. I'm grateful for any advice.

I read your post in my feed reader, tried to click through to your site and it downloaded onto my computer and would only open when I clicked onto it on my desktop. I have no idea how to help, sorry, just thought I'd depress you a bit more.

I have no clue about the comments.

Always looking forward to your photos.

I clicked on comments from your previous post and then a car outside back-fired. How the hell did you manage to do that? What did you press?

Shane: you're just trying to unnerve me now - aren't you?

Welcome Home, my dear....And I'm so happy to hear you had such a super time! And I do look forward to your pictures!

As to your problem....I wish I had a solution. I have had some Blogger Problems myself and honestly don't know why...EXCEPT:

MERCURY IS IN RETROGRADE.....So, communication sucks during a Mercury Retrograde....Things should ease up after October 15th....I am NOT trying to fix anything to do with my computer till after that!

Dandelion: heard from Joanna this am and according to various forums it is a blogger thing and we have to wait for them to address it. Or change to haloscan. Thanks for your suggestion and will bear it in mind,

Naomi: it seems to be a general problem and the word seems to be to hang on till it's fixed - which fits in with your theory.
This is a busy week - girl's day out tomorrow and my charity walk on Friday but I'll try to do some holiday pics soon.

If it's a blogger thing, it's gotta be to do with comment moderation. I'm on blogger without moderation, and I haven't had this problem...
Hope it's cleared up for you by now.

Dandelion: at the moment it seems to be working as it should. I'll give up the comment moderation as a last resort.
