I like the hopscotch photo. In my youth, you had to toss the pebble -- not slide -- to retain the possibility of it bouncing somewhere else (usually worse than you wanted).
I have tried to post this before, not sure now if I did or I deleted it! I used to play hopscotch with a glass scotch my grandad made for me, wouldn't be allowed now.
Grand mother but still a girl at heart. Married to MTL(my true love)after a separation of 30 years. Had three careers: trained paediatric nurse, National photographic model and business woman. Now settled in SW and enjoying our five children and ten grandchildren and making the most of what time we have left.
In January 2013 I lost MTL.

I used to be really good at hopscotch... but I think I still like the swings better. ;)
Wontlet: you should give it a go but be careful!
A lovely piece. My days playing hopscotch are long behind me. The hop has gone and now I find pleasure in scotch!
Keithsr: you won't get any arguments from me:)
