What a terrific picture of you, Pat! As a retired ad man, I appreciate the older style of advertising and model posing. You were really good (not that you aren't in your own way today, of course).
That's a stunning photo. As ever. You combine zest and elegance like noone else I've seen. The sweater looks like it'd be fiddly to wash and dry though.
Grand mother but still a girl at heart. Married to MTL(my true love)after a separation of 30 years. Had three careers: trained paediatric nurse, National photographic model and business woman. Now settled in SW and enjoying our five children and ten grandchildren and making the most of what time we have left.
In January 2013 I lost MTL.

Zoe: thanks and good luck with the book launch.
Jack: You say the nicest things and I appreciate it:)
Oh wow I love that photo!! And I like that sweater
Lovely - Grace Kelly had a look of you Pat :) Beautiful sweater too, was it cashmere?
Another lovely photo Mum2!
Kath: it was lovely but itchy!
Anna: I'm fairly sure it was angora - which is lovely and soft but eventually gets up your nose.
I presume the photographer said: 'Ok, just look natural now'. No?
Really though, quite, quite beautiful.
You look like a movie star. Again, yet again. So beautiful!
Shane: thank you but you don't fool me for a minute:)
GG: weren't they great photographers?
Johng: thank you my boy:)
What a gorgeous model you were! And what a cute jumper!
I'm here via Michele today. Have a terrific weekend and I'll see you again soon...
Melody: thank you! You're always welcome:)
michelle sent me to say... that looks like an itchy sweeter ;)
don't throw it in the dryer it might shrink :P
Great picture, love the smile.
Here from Michele...

Bubblehead: thank you!
Sam: obviously it wasn't my sweater; angora and mohair are murder to wear. I think it was a knitting pattern.
Makes me itch to think of it.
You look so good in that! You still are so beautiful. Both in body and mind. It is a pleasure to share read your posts.
I am so glad to be here from Michele!
Aww Pat, you're too modest, look at the photo on your blog, that's very pretty too.
gautami: that is very sweet of you to say so. I care more about the posts than my Phisog:)
GG: actually since I got a new screen my picture is distorted and I look quite mad. Not very amusing:)
99% of men would have looked at that pic and thought 'wonder what's under the sweater'? They'd have then got their other halves to buy one.
That is advertising!!
4d: heart warming isn't it? Mind you then they would curse you for making them wear an itchy sweater.
