If garden's have genders mine is a woman.

We can drive in without being scratched

Still quite a high hedge.

All neat and tidy.

Jack: now you mention it - it's very true1

Zoe: It's a shadow of it's former self; the people before us sold off ground to two other houses and then built one for themselves but the hedges keep us perfectly private although occasionally one can hear them burp:)

I love that wee passageway through the hedge to the gate. Your garden's beautiful, Pat. It looks like a young child's haven too with all the nooks and crannies. I bet the grandkids love it.

Sam: in between the hedges and the boundaries are woody bits where the little boys shoot tigers with Grandpa. Boys will be boys!
