Randall: great to have you back where you belong. Beloved moved the tray because he said it was reflecting too much. Penelope is sitting by my handbag and my hermasetas because I asked her if she minded which side she was - she didn't- so we swapped places. I don't like that side of my face. We had all supped.
This is tremendous news! I'm glad it was such a success! Unlike Granny P, I was foolish enough to meet Kim without a bodyguard. He and I embraced in the continental way when we met as well. At least that's what he said he was doing. In reality he was trying hard to hide his obvious disappointment. two esses one p? Can't remember.
I have met two blog friends and I remember the initial feeling!! and then the non-stop chatting, isn't it wonderful? Michele sent me to read about your blog meet below and to see the pictures!!
How terrific it must have been to meet up with each other! I meet my penpal back in '96 and stayed with her in Wales when I was backpacking. We're still in contact and she's now a fellow blogger, which is wonderful.
The garden you are in looks gorgeous... Have a great weekend. Michele sent me your way.... (Oh, the lovely Michele *sigh*)
How interesting! It must have been surreal, like seeing the faces of radio DJs for the first time when you've heard their voices forever. ALways something unexpected. Michele says hi!
I'm so glad you got a chance to meet a blogger friend -- I actually help put on face-to-face social meetups here in Vancouver so that we can all know the people that we seem to know so well online.
Thanks for the visit Pat....I had the SAME Problem over at Michele's.... I don't understand why they have to make it so unreadable....!!!! Very Frustrating! The Flowers will be up tomorrow, too, so your Grandaughter will get a chance to see them....I find them so very pretty and amazing....I could post another 10 pictures...LOL! Excessive is my Middle Name!
Thanks Naomi. They are leaving in the morning and her dad wants to do a photo shoot but I'll make sure she sees them. So I guess I'd better get off to bed. Night night dear Naomi!
Grand mother but still a girl at heart. Married to MTL(my true love)after a separation of 30 years. Had three careers: trained paediatric nurse, National photographic model and business woman. Now settled in SW and enjoying our five children and ten grandchildren and making the most of what time we have left.
In January 2013 I lost MTL.

I notice the tray is in front of you. You did offer your friend a drink, didn't you?
:)
Cheers.

Thanks Pat, GP and Beloved,
You have put I a smile on my face.
I didn't have to read the post, the photo says it all.
Glad you enjoyed yourselves.
I ws so nervous to meet Zoe, that I had a couple of G&T's before e met. At the end of the evening though, we were both on mints ;)
And you both look wonderful in pic - pure summer moment.
Cq: yes one would think we had had a few, but we were stone cold sober.
Nea: it was one of the highlights of my blogging life - so far.
Sim: I can understand that. I took a couple of Quiet Life. I should think you had a similar experience meeting Zoe who always seems a good egg.
That is neat. Most folks who read my blog have asked (ok filed a restaining order) on meeting me in person.
What a fun expirence for you.
Hello from Michele
Hi a army of one! I don't believe it:)
Successful blogmeet! Congratulations!
Isn't good to meet our blogger friends?
To answer your question on my blog, I would be honoured to write a review for any book you write.
I don't give out spoilers and if I don't like a book, I say so!
Cream: thank you! Lovely to see you.
Isn't it great to finally meet a blog person, or a person behind the blog!!!
Looks like a lovely place to meet as well... Here from Michele's this evening, promoting my new blog: http://berniefotoblog.blogspot.com/

Cq: it was peaceful until right at the end some rowdy oldies came making a din. Maybe they were all deaf!
tanya: they sound fun, but for my first I was glad it was just us.
