Well.....I didn't understand one word, except the word "Halloween"....I'm starting to worry about my hearing.....lol!

Naomi: the fact that the voice is falsetto and a strong Scottish brogue doesn't make it easy if your ear is not attuned to that accent. The joke is that the dumb one can't get beyond thinking that 'Halloween' is a greeting as in 'Hallo Ian.'
Gracious me! A flagrant attempt at muddying the good name of Scotland and its meek, mostly mild race. If my tongue wasn't fitting so well in the side of my cheek I would spit my reply with more than a modicum of mock horror.
