Hi Pat, I came around earlier today and left feeling so sad that you hadn't updated in a while. Looks like my wish came true!
Lovely pictures; those sand hills make me wish I was kid again!

P.S. That eau de vie does sound kickass! Good your son got it out of his cellar.

Cloudcutter: kick ass sounds about right. In the end I had it in my coffee. Wimp that I am:)

Good to read you again Pat, I was just wondering where you'd got to.

I love that last picture. The girl in the green swimsuit, with the red hat, coming through the door at the top of the stairs is saying on her mobile phone "Hi darling, just been sun bathing. See you in a while. Get the drinks in"

The man with the crutch by the bar is shouting to her "Shut that bloody door... it's draughty in here!"

The old codger in the red T-shirt by the window downstairs, holding his tankard of Iron-Bru, is boring the pants of the folks at the table with his tales of "When I was a lad . . . . " and "During the war . . . "

Victor Mildew (in the blue pullover) standing looking out the window is thinking "Christ! I wish he would shut up, and it looks like it's going to rain. . .thats all we need!"
