Pat's Late Bloomers.

Thank goodness for Japanese Azaleas and Michaelmas Daisies

Some bulb I planted

This Salvia is a star performer.

When the hydrangea is at this stage it reminds me of Miss Haversham

Naomi: it has improved since Karen came to help and I'm pleased that it is still quite wild in places - where the children chase tigers.

Beautiful flowers, Pat!! All I have are some lantana and a little purple stuff - verbena - I think. The roses are long gone. Yours looks exactly like mine and mine has no fragrance either.

Judy: I'll have to look lantana up.
Shame about the rose and it's the one that people always smell and you see their rapt expression change to disappointment. It's like having a badly behaved child:)

your bulbs are Schizostylus (the Kaffir Lily). I love them to bits but they're not happy in my garden

I'm impressed by the salvia!

Kevin: you are really knowledgeable plantwise. Funny how plants have to be in the right place - it varies even in different parts of my garden
