Love that black and white photo of the urn, it's so atmospheric, I can feel the heat of the Greek sun.
Eryl: that and the tortured olive trees are so very Greek. The urn is enormous BTW.
What a BEAUTIFUL Post, Pat...I felt as if I were there with you---you described everything so fully and beautifully....It All Sounds Magical!
So, it was wonderful to then see some pictures.....! I've never been to Greece and will not ever get to go, so this was a REAL TREAT my dear.....!
Naomi: I found your comment and Blazing's eventually in Dashboard. Weird but glad to hear from you. If I had scanned the photos separately they would have been much better. I'll know better next time with old photos.
I could do with sitting and chewing the fat. :D
LLCool Joe: the floor is yours;)
I will never understand Blogger---But I find that more "comments" are in my Dashboard than not! Go figure...lol! So, I go to my Email first and then to the Dashboard--every time, OR, I honestly would not know about most of my comments...!
Naomi: there is no logic to it but I check everything at least once a day. I wonder about updating my computer but the thought of everything changing with all the growing pains associated makes me quail at the thought. At least this is the devil I know;)
