How perfect is that? Right place/right time. Another :30 minutes would have been too late.

What a lovely photo and I think in person was even better. I can almost feel the soft evening swirling around you with the fragrances of your garden.

Happy Birthday
I hope there was some cake.

cheers, parsnip

Parsnip: Alastair always had cake - and other naughties and I used to turn my nose up. But now there is always cake in the house.

Hello Pat. Lovely picture, with a full (?) moon. We both wish you many HAPPY returns of the day.
Much love, Ann and Mike.

P.s. Hello Pat. Sorry, I've misled you. Ref Nea's blog, it's not Horner Packhorse Bridge that's double arched, it's Allerford packhorse bridge on Exmoor.

Mike and Ann: thank you for the birthday wishes. I really ought to know Allerford Bridge is double arched - we walked over it often enough, one of our favourites

Ohhhhh So Beautiful, dear Pat.....
Peaceful and serene. I LOVE being able to see the moon before it becomes too dark!
