Wonderful !
cheers, parsnip
I hope you all had fun and enjoyed each other's company.
What a lovely looking group: custard creams, chocolate digestives, and is that is a Hobnob?
Lovely group photo, Pat.
Wow, one of your friends could be a twin to my friend Edith and I became acquainted with her because she could have been a twin to my friend Evelyn. It's a fun world we live in. I am betting all your friends are very nice.
Maurcheen : we were - a rare get together.
Judy and Parsnip: specially good as Sara is just getting over a serious illness.
Gadjo: ginger creams(I love them) chocolate digestives with a chewy centre and carrot cake. Then we went out to lunch:)
Mike and Ann: never very easy I find.
Granny Annie: my friends are small in number but vast in quality:)
How wonderful to have visitors like these, and how glorious to have that towering box job done. Bravo.
This could become "Ladies who lunch"!!
I agree Pat. Never easy to get group photos with everyone looking their best. But you've taken one there where everyone on it looks as if they're thoroughly enjoying their get-together. Well done!
Mage: progress and pleasure - a good combination.
John: David wouldn't be so pleased:)
Mike and Ann: possibly because I said 'Don't smile.'
Mage: it is a bay tree hedge. When we first came here I bought an expensive bay tree plant not realising that the grounds are littered with them. At a certain time of year the fragrance is delightful.
What a lovely group, my dear....A very nice afternoon, it appears.
Naomi: it was a good time all round:)
