Oh My....! What a Gorgeous Gorgeous Garden, Pat....It must be astounding, in-person....This is such a treat. Someplace I wish I could actually see....!
Aha, The Royal National Rose Society Gardens at St. Albans, somewhere I used to go with my mother as a youngster! I'd get a lot more from it now, having just dedicated a small section of my garden to miniature roses (and pieces of marble).
Somebody should name a new rose after your granddaughter (your son surely by now already has had one named after him...).
Grand mother but still a girl at heart. Married to MTL(my true love)after a separation of 30 years. Had three careers: trained paediatric nurse, National photographic model and business woman. Now settled in SW and enjoying our five children and ten grandchildren and making the most of what time we have left.
In January 2013 I lost MTL.

Gadjo: what a lucky boy you were.
There was a rose named Miss Alice but the photo had no definition and it looked like a white blob.
Beautiful, Pat! xx
Gorgeous roses and granddaughter!
I had to laugh, reading about your mum, are you sure she doesn't have East Indian or Italian blood? haha.
Mapstew :-D
John: your Dad would love it.
GG: no but quite a lot of Irish:)

All the roses and the best one of all your granddaughter Alice.
cheers, parsnip
Parsnip: thank you - I'll tell her Mum:)
Absolutely Gorgeous
Beautiful gardens and granddaughter! And it looks like you had perfect weather too.
Joey: we certainly couldn't grumble. I'm not sure hazy sunshine is the best for photos, but it's bliss for chillin'
