this film has received such mixed reviews here that i wasn't sure if i'd see it, but if you're recommending it, sugar...done deal in my book! xoxoxo
Savannah: I have to admit I'm a 'Les Mis' virgin BUT having watched, read and listened to the passion it invoked in the actors, inspired by the story and the music and found myself blubbing in sympathy I have to see it.
If I did believe in a god I would fall to my knees and thank him for making men without the dreaded curse of emotions.
Chef: I don't believe I know any such men and certainly not your dear self.

I would like to see it, but the length put's me off a bit, it's a long time to sit in a cinema.

No way will I see it in the theater but am looking forward to watching it on my Netflix someday. I have not heard one bad review.
Granny Annie: I am in the process of tryig to discover how I can get Netflix streamed to a TV. Am trying to understand wifi, blueray, Apple TV etc and will probably have to wait till Feb when some of the young visit.
Hi Pat - if you have a halfway new tv it should have an HDMI input socket. With HDMI caable you can connect to laptop or (with another cable) to ipad.
Also Wi or xbox aqllow for Nettflix.
Macy: thanks. So as long as I have an HDMI socket all I need is wi or xbox aqllow?
Le Miz, as they call it here, is a great hit. I too love the music, but I don't know if I want to see them all die again.
Mage: I don't yet know the story but coud tell it was a sad one.
I started reading the book some years ago. Beautifully written. I must finish reading it.
I'd watch this film just to watch / listen to
