Over the weekend I just about got the manuscript fit to print out. I didn't want to do 103,000 words all at once as I'm just getting used to my laser printer so just did the first chapter. However the only way I could stop it drowning me in A 4s was to switch it off. Isn't it always the way - as soon as it's printed you spot an error. This could go on for some time yet.
