Marvelous story which points to being judicious about who gets to go on holiday with you. An otherwise great trip can be ruined with the wrong companion(s).

Cheers.

Randall: it wouldn't have been the same without them;)

Must read your book when it comes out !
I am impressed by all you have done in your life... I feel quite the slacker.

cheers, parsnip

Pat said...

Jimmy: but did you read the writing?

LLCoolJoe: praise from the master:)

Parsnip: you are NOT a slacker and you have more time left:)

I did hen, fascinating, wonderful stuff, the thrill of the open water has been well and truly sold to me by you.

We must take tea together my dear, perhaps even a small libation before the sun is over the yard arm perhaps?

Jimmy: I look forward to reading about your adventures on the water. I'll keep the kettle in the boil and remember where I've hidden the whiskey.

My dear Pat, that will be a date I shall indeed keep! Hands where I can see them though doll. That beautiful smile of yours would charm the fillings right out of my back teeth given the chance.

Pat said...

Jimmy: here's something I've been saving for you:
Latest casualty of the recession - the Origami club had just folded.

Loved your latest - read it to MTL who was impressed.

Hahaha.. good one hen.

From that angle, it looks quite high and with the swell of the sea, I'm glad I wasn't the photographer on this one!

Pat said...

Luna: thank you Luna. Life is fairly docile these days. No bad thing;)

Nea: it was taken by a natural born sailor. Unfortunately when it was really rough and photogenic we were usually hanging on for dear life.
