Beautiful day, countryside, ocean view, hillside, and sweet family walking. But,how could I not love the gorgeous fat hens on the rock wall?
Pat, the area around where you live is so utterly charming!! I would never get anything done for looking at the views!

Parsnip: these views are nothing compared to your mighty mountains but I suppose variety is all.
Pat, you really do live in a lovely part of the country. I've just called Ann down to look at those views, and to remind ourselves of our very pleasant break in Minehead in October.

It took us about a year to decide where we wanted to end our days and we never regretted it.
The only snag- and in some ways it is a benefit - it is well off the beaten track - not so easy for relatives to visit and the only consideration that would induce me to move.
Once again, you've shown, via your photos, how beautiful life can be. I want that deserted beach! Put my name on it and say it's mine :-) Pat, even if you move, I have faith in you to see the beauty of wherever you are.
I hope 2014 proves to be a good year for you and yours!
