Enjoyed that Pat. Always had an admiration for the products of the 'Arts and Crafts' movement; without any real desire to share it. With the one exception that we once had a set of oak dining chairs of that period -well designed - well made, easy on the eye, and very much fit for purpose. The next house we had was pure regency, which they did't suit, so we sold them. Always wanted to have a look at Kelmscot though, so grateful for your photos. Thanks.
Mike and Ann: how brave of you to get rid of chairs that didn't fit in. Wish I could do the same with my mish mash.
Naomi: a talking point when all else fails. The family that s---- together - stays together:)
Parsnip: It is a little Sony -cyber-shot 3.2mega pixels. No idea what that means and I'm sure I don't use it to its full potential but I'm happy with it. I think it was about £100 and I think I bought it about six years ago. No complaints.
Grand mother but still a girl at heart. Married to MTL(my true love)after a separation of 30 years. Had three careers: trained paediatric nurse, National photographic model and business woman. Now settled in SW and enjoying our five children and ten grandchildren and making the most of what time we have left.
In January 2013 I lost MTL.
