Lovely Surprises

Whilst talking to our Australian family on the phone - these arrived from them.

I found my birthday card in MTL's office.
I was going to ignore my birthday but there have been presents, cards, telephone calls and lovely messages on Face Book.  I'm having lunch with Joy - Jackie is not well,  Margaret has just phoned -she would love to be here but has Grandma's duties.  And I have had the most lovely invitation to spend Easter with family.  I am very lucky.

Bad day today: the Warfarin clinic phoned to ask where he was.  Managed to keep it together till I hung up then there was some Greek like manifested grief.  Fortunately we are soundproof from the neighbours.

Reunited!

Reunited in 1979.  still a little shy with each other.  My BIL said I looked like the cat that got the cream.  How right he was.
