Pat dear, you always share such wonderful pictures and words about the places you go. I feel as if I have had more than a glimpse of these places---this is a great gift to us, my dear, and it brings home, once again, your great gift with words and the pictures words paint!

Glad you had a good and relaxing time. Thanks for sharing it; and it's good to have you back, and blogging.
Warm regards to you both, Mike and Ann.

I hope you weren't getting trains going past at unsocial hours of the evening, night or early morning.

Never seen a tide clock before, but it's a great idea.

So glad you managed to have the kind of relaxed break you both so needed :)

Parsnip: it's good to be back - apart from the laundry;)
Glad you like the photos - more to come.

Kim: no trains- the line was converted to a cycle and walk path - the Tarka Trail - but you knew that didn't you;)
We enjoyed noting '21/2 hours to High Tide!'
You are right - we are reaping benefits:)
