Mark Hi! That's the name of our French son. Yes that's my lovely Spitfire. I did love the house - great for the boys - but this one - the one Al and I have lived in since '85 is my favourite.
Scarlet: it's Southborough - half way between Tonbridge an T.Wells. The boys were brought up there. I can now see that it isn't - as I first thought a black and white photo. If I can remember how to move it I'll see if Kim with his super programme on Tuesday nights can help me restore it..
I enjoyed reading the latest chapter - even if I DID have to look up 'post prandial'! Interesting to see the picture of the house. Pity about the stitching - I should have thought they would have been able to give you a 'local' even in those days. Lovely photo's.
James: honest of you to admit looking up post Prandial. I borrowed it years ago from Antonia Fraser. They were perfectly able to give 'locals' in those days. They just didn't bother unless one made a fuss. Glad you liked it and the photos.
Grand mother but still a girl at heart. Married to MTL(my true love)after a separation of 30 years. Had three careers: trained paediatric nurse, National photographic model and business woman. Now settled in SW and enjoying our five children and ten grandchildren and making the most of what time we have left.
In January 2013 I lost MTL.

I lost most of the post but I love the photos.

Parsnip: there were just the two photos. The gap just appeared. My fault I expect.
Wow! That's magnificent! Is that your sporty little car in the driveway? You can call me Mark. We are old friends by now.

Lovely home......beautiful mom and adorable baby!!
Judy: I was born and bred in a tiny house where there were 4/5 of us so I really appreciate the space and hope to end my days here.
That's a lovely house, Pat. It looks like Tunbridge Wells - where I used to go fantasy house shopping!
Sx
