Hi Pat, months of endless rain and warmer temperatures means that things are going really wild in my garden too.
I shall be looking for emergency help soon!

Pat said...

Macy: I di some tidying yesterday bu tnoticed a path down to the side gate which is a jungle. I don't relish doing it because there are usualy beasties who bite.

Oh I so envy the beautiful colors that surround you. The only color around us in the drought is brown.

Pat said...

Granny Annie: I sympathise but I've seen some lovely photos of your surroundings.

Those scarlet montbretia are really eyecatching. A neighbour of ours has a plant of it that, in the sun, almost hurts the eyes.

Lovely, Pat. Ours is out of control!

Mike and Ann: as you can see they are something of a mixed blessing and I have to keep reminding MTL to park well away from them.

Gorgeous, Pat!! I have nothing in bloom now except crape myrtle.

Pat said...

John: it's this crazy climate.

Judy: I'm still waiting for my myrtle to bloom. Did you know that Kate had myrtle in her wedding bouquet?

Your garden is looking good, ours is water-logged, haven't you been having all the rain?

Pat said...

LOM: lots of rain yes - interspersed with brilliant sunshine.
Today and yesterday are/were well nigh perfect.

Crazy isn't it? I came home to find some plants in my garden had spurted by 10% or more since I left two weeks earlier!

Pat said...

Daphne: maybe McChe has been talking to them.

I can see someone else has had a lot of rain too!

Pat said...

Joey: we've had everything except snow.
