Bizarrely, I don't get to see a lot of flowers where I am [middle of field], I am beginning to miss them.

  11. Mike and Ann; you always seem to have something colourful blooming when I make acyber trip.

Rog: you seem to have been away for ages but good to see the doggies are having fun.

Parsnip: thankyou - we are coming to the end of the blooming season now.

Map: if you say so it must be
    true:)

Chef: poetic as ever. Even your recipes.

Joey: I do hope it lasts for another week.

Guypsy: I doubt if I could survive without them.

Marjolein: the daisies are like a weed. They spread everywhere in different shades of lilac.

  22. How lovely, Pat. I saw a huge hibiscus today, just like the one here, and didn't know it was a hibiscus until I came and saw your photo.

  24. I went shopping for the first time in a long time on Monday and was surprised to see how much purple clothing was everywhere. Looks like purple flowers are popular too. I love purple.
