Today's Garden

Hellebores insist on lowering their heads in submission
A new rose jumping the gun
                                           Cyclamen
                                            Teensy weensy daffodils
                                              An early camellia
Primroses galore but their lovely colour fades in photo
Croccii
Dark shiny leaves - tiny whiteish blossom.  Anyone remember the name?
I apologise for the quality of the photos- just trying to keep my hand in.

  11. Naomi: thank you for your kind words. I think the plants are totally confused with all the deluges and throughout we have had mild temperatures. One's winter underwear has become a bit superfluous but I'm loth to take it off:)

  12. Hello Pat. Lovely pictures, and they confirm my opinion that gardens your side of the country are about three weeks ahead of ours in the East. Thank you. It's always nice to see signs that spring's on its way. March will be here in a minute.

  13. P.s. Your grandson looks a tower of strength - and a charmer. They do come in handy - grandchildren.

  14. Mike and Ann: he is a tower of strength and it was a treat to have him to myself without(as one of our ruder relatives used to say) "hangers on."
