Ther's old Pinocchio watching over things. Through the door leads to here but with the skylights it was rather warm We sat near the piano- in case we felt like a sing song. Now that's what I'm talking about: spag bog- deeelicious.
Ah, you shorten it to spag bog too! I used to, but Maggie thought it was silly and should be spag bol, if anything. Suddenly I feel a spasm of righteous indignation at being denied my heritage...
Charlie: I suppose we are lucky - being off the beaten track most of the pubs and restaurants are fairly unique. Kim has lived in lots of places and he's not Scottish but Italian? Don't think so.
John.g: lucky you- it's one of my favourite meals. WVs get stranger and stranger. I have theory there is a little man choosing apt ones.
Keith : you have a point. They reckon if you book a table it's yours for the night - one of the things we like about the relaxed life here. Drives you mad sometimes:) We often overdose on bruschetta.
Kanani: it is one of our favourites and just at the bottom of the lane.

How strange! I was on a weekend break in Bournemouth last weekend with two of my girl friends from work.
We went for a meal at the Pinocchio Restaurant on Saturday night. I think it's on Poole Hill, not far from where we were staying; the St. Michael's Guesthouse.
I hope your meal was as good as ours.
I know there are quite a few Pinocchios in the south. We have one in Eastleigh near where I live. I suppose they all look the same inside, a bit like all the McDonalds resturants!
Wendy: you have shattered my illusions. We have always totally believed it was totally unique and I'm still not quite convinced. I must do some delving. The food is excellent. Why would a big concern come to Minehead? Ah me!
Pat, so sorry to shatter your illusion, but honestly they are a big chain of Italian restaurants all over the country. The one in Minehead is just another outlet!
But you must admit, the food is pretty damn good isn't it?
Perhaps one day I might come to Minehead with my dad (he's a big fan of yours!) and we can go for a meal out?
Wendy: MTL was amazed also - we'll just to have to learn to live with it. I always imagine Keith has a daughter in France or have I got muddled? I'd be nervous of meeting Keith and shattering his illusions:)
