Birthday
It’s not till tomorrow so I’m not opening any presents obviously BUT I had an enormous bouquet with a big box of my favourite chocs by post from Australia so I had to open them and then – what may well be my best present - heard the news that one of our grandsons, who has been unemployed for months got two job offers on one day. Did I tell you it’s a beautiful day and is going to be tomorrow too?
Happy birthday, dear Pat. I don't see why birthdays have to be restricted to one day only, mine quite often stretch out for a day or two either side. I hope you have several wonderful days for your birthday this year.

A very happy birthday to you! I'm so glad your grandson found a job. Wonderful in this world-wide recession. Great news.

One day, ask the folks in Oz to send you some carob with ginger...it's delicious.
ReplyDeleteGG: I'll try and mention it sometime but they are overly generous as it is. Sounds my cup of tea:)
