News Flash

Aside

Tomorrow is going to be hectic as I have 2 appointments in Taunton and our lane is going to be closed all day ( somebody's drains). I'm conscious I haven't done the next Past Imperfect episode but should manage it at the week-end DV. Hopefully I'll get my hearing problem sorted.

A compliment, however qualified or backhanded or whatever, is still a compliment, and I shall keep it as such.

  11. Belatedly, I have to back up the point of our old friend, Mr Palesnaketail. But unrelated, you bring to mind this: there is a village in Staffordshire called Flash. I'm wondering whether the village newsletter bears the title Flash News - a neat reversal, I'd say.

Fingers etc crossed for a speedy hearing fixing.

    I will chant for you.

Now I will have to catch up on your story, so it's a good thing you can't blog right away :-)

  15. 'ears to ya!

I think I might need some PCAs soon. All the kids mumble in school, but then again, perhaps I'm better off without.
