I was last 7 stone 7 when I was 23 too, it was after Alex was born and I couldn't keep weight on. I had to eat quite often or else I got dizzy if I stood up too quickly. But I think you're finer boned than I am.
Z: since my latest health scare I am now 8stone 6lbs which I have been trying to achieve for years. No dieting - just changed my yoghourt to Pro active.
As we age, our physical beauty may fade, but our inner beauty shines bright or so they say...whoever they are! I always tell people that "being beautiful is a handicap." I wonder if I can get a handicap parking permit for being beautiful???? [lol]
It is very old and was stuck to the glass but Kim has tidied it up for me.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing that has changed is your age:-)
ReplyDeleteGranny Annie: Ooooh I wish!
ReplyDeleteWould you believe it? Kim tells me I've posted the blemished one. It's my age!:)
