I loved it althou..."Out of a Clear Sky". I loved it although am still unsure of the ending! I'll have a good book to hold any day. If I travelled a lot, then I would understand the need for a Kindle - but they aren't for me.Zoehttp://learningenglishagain.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20735769.post-11913583815899948422011-12-03T17:31:01.568+00:002011-12-03T17:31:01.568+00:00I've decided against buying a Kindle for now. ...I've decided against buying a Kindle for now. The newly released books are pretty expensive.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11346682505354790114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20735769.post-47274494178271074552011-12-03T16:41:17.432+00:002011-12-03T16:41:17.432+00:00I just bought an iriver story HD and I have to say...I just bought an iriver story HD and I have to say I enjoy reading books on it more than I would have expected. The screen is very good and the e-ink is easy on the eyes, so I don't get tired quickly (I hate reading on anything back-lit like a tablet). With the new firmware installed it also shows me how far I am in a book, and I can simply search for a title if I don't feel like scrolling through the whole list. You can also select the page you want to go to in a book, although the e-reader keeps track of where you are in which book. For me though the main advantage is that I can take as many books as I like along with me to work, or on the metro or train in a very small and lightweight device. Plus, we are completely out of storage space for books.

-MarjoleinAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20735769.post-76268670294307946342011-12-02T18:03:39.555+00:002011-12-02T18:03:39.555+00:00I still don't like the way they feel in my han...I still don't like the way they feel in my hands I guess it is the size ? However, the main practical annoyance to me is that I can't flick back easily to check a detail in the way I do with a real book. And I don't get a sense of how far through the book I am.Zhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00822383355869390919noreply@blogger.com
